International Conference a great success!

The fourth international Filling Station Conference, which has just taken place (May 19th & 20th) has been pronounced a great success!  Over 320 people attended the two days in Oxford where worship, teaching, prayer, testimony and practical workshops took place.  Friends from the Ffald-y-Brenin prayer centre in Wales, and the Glasgow Prophetic Centre, led seminars and many who attended were encouraged and re-inspired in their Christian faith.  Bishop Sandy Millar, who was the keynote speaker on Saturday the 20th, said he was delighted to be involved and see how the Filling Station network of celebration meetings is steadily growing across the UK and abroad.  Delegates came to the Conference from all over the country, some 47 different Filling Station meetings being represented.  Host team members from as far afield as Western France and Cape Town, South Africa were present.  Richard Fothergill founder of the Filling Station movement, said he thought the network of meetings had really moved on a step as a result of the weekend.  The Filling Station Trust will host various smaller ‘Kingdom Day’ regional Conferences in the UK in the year ahead.  Watch this website for details!
