Fourth Filling Station meeting
The fourth Langport Filling Station meeting took place on January 13th and the speaker was Keith Powell, a local vicar based at Middlezoy and Othery, and who has been involved in The Filling Station for quite some time He had a clear message from God for us, based on Ezekiel 36, which reinforced all the wonderful, amazing things that God has done and will do for us. He reminded us through the scriptures that we should be constantly asking for God’s mercy and to persevere in prayer for the Spirit to move in Langport and the surrounding villages.
Our next meeting is on Friday February 10th and the speaker will be Rt Rev Mark Rylands, who used to be the Team Rector here in Langport and is now Bishop of Shrewsbury.
