‘There will be worship in the hills’

A new Filling Station meeting has just opened in the beautiful hills of Cumbria.  Located in the tranquil village of Staveley, mid-way between Kendal and Windermere in South Cumbria, the South Lakes Filling Station opened it’s doors last Thursday, the 10th of October.  Over 65 people attended the first night and prayer, Biblical teaching and worship all took place.  The worship element of the evening was led by experienced Yorkshire worship leader, Mr Rob Parker.  The meeting is held in the local Hawkshead Brewery function room.  Their next meeting is on Thursday the 14th of November, so if you are in the neighbourhood, come and join this Lakeland celebration!
