Praying for the world
Filling Station teams, guests, Friends, supporters, Trustees and the FS staff are all praying long and hard for the Lord God to help us in our time of need. With most nations of the world in some form of quarantine or lock down because of the coronavirus, we are praying that this sickness will be defeated and society healed at a very deep level. Many local groups, such as Filing Stations, have set up regular prayer times via the web. National and international prayer ministries have been uniting people around the world as never before, to concentrate on petitioning prayer that this virus would to be effectively eradicated. We are also praying for all our societies that they would repent of their sins and turn in humility to God. We are part of the global church of Jesus Christ, called to action. We also have the unique weapon of prayer at our disposal which we are increasingly wielding to bring hope and life to our fellow citizens.
