Our Speaker will be Alan Bing

Alan is Rector at Ulverston Parish Church

Alan Bing worked in marketing before ordination. During his curacy, he planted a church on a new housing estate in Barnstaple, before moving to Ulverston. As well as being Rector of Ulverston, he has been Rural Dean and Chair of the House of Clergy. He is passionate about encouraging people to follow Jesus, social justice, and helping churches to be growing and healthy. Married to Wendy, he has three adult daughters and two grand-children. He enjoys fishing, walking, swimming and poetry.
