TFS meeting Tuesday 11th December. “And His Kingdom will have no end.”
We will be meeting again tomorrow Tuesday 11th December in the (warm!) Methodist Church building as usual. Coffee and cakes from 7PM starting at about 7.30.
The speaker will be Alice Hall who I am sure many of you will know. Alice became a Christian at a Messianic Jewish Church in Florida in 1989. Since then she has attended several different types of church and now worships at St Paul’s in Chippenham. In 2010 Alice became a lay minister in the Anglican Church.
Since 1995 Alice has worked as a vet at Garden Vet Group, formerly Walters, McFadyen and Jones, in Chippenham.
Alice is passionate about the word of God and loves to encourage believers to ‘take hold’ of all that Jesus won for us on the cross, and to live in the fullness of life that He came to give us.
she will be speaking on a line from the Nicene Creed – ‘And His Kingdom Will Have No End’. At this time of national and international upheaval it’s good to be reminded of the God in whom we trust, and that His Kingdom will have no end. My hope and prayer is that you will be encouraged and excited in this Advent season, as we look towards Jesus’ birth and his ‘coming again in glory’.
