My regional and national ministries of the past 20 years have shown me the huge importance of times of significant transition in the life of Baptist churches. For the past five years the Southern Counties Baptist Association have referred to me situations where they felt my ministry could be helpful. Some of those situations involved brief involvement to guide churches through a particular period. Others have involved a longer association.

My work with Prospects (2013-2016) opened my eyes both to the huge importance of ministry amongst people with disabilities and also the urgent need to promote the work of Christian disability charities amongst churches.

I have the privilege of mentoring nine people. Most of them are ministers, but some are involved in the leadership of disability organizations. It’s an amazing privilege to support them and to explore the way in which the Lord is leading them.

Since 2017 I have acted as Ambassador for the Christian communications organization Premier Media.
